Come. Taste. See.

The Lord will fulfill his purpose for me, Do not forsake the work of your hands.
Psalms 138:8

Sometimes it is difficult to understand God’s work in your life, but we must understand that it is His work and we are the hands fulfilling that work. I am also the “work” of the Lord. I know I am still a work in progress and I know His plan and purpose for me are still being revealed. He is the bread and I am the dough.

Just like you knead the dough and then mold the loaves into shape. God is kneading and folding me into place for His perfect plan. He is not finished with me yet…I am still at the kneading phase. Sometimes the kneading is hard and I don’t want to be pushed and pulled into shape. Yet, I know I am in the capable hands of a loving God. He will not give me more than I can handle.

God is at work preparing a table to have His divine appointments with me. This table is sacred. He pours over me His thoughts and ways. I sit, listen and freely feast.  Yet there is more to do. There should be a cause and effect. A gratefulness in the form of an outpouring. An overflow. For what comes in must also come out. Therefore, I pour out these posts as a humble drink offering to Him, so that others can freely feast. He is always the host. I am the servant pouring out what was poured into me.

Come. Taste. See.
His Grace. His Nourishment. His Soul Care.

Psalm 138
How do I see Him kneading me today for the ‘work’ I need to do?
